In 2011, Marina Valença and Caio Mendonça founded Nívora through the renovation of older São Paulo apartments. It became clear that budget, design and site teams needed a shared language.

From 2014, the company expanded into residential new builds and established its own pre-construction stage. Commercial spaces and refurbishment followed in 2018.

Today, Nívora remains deliberately compact so every project retains senior oversight, documented decisions and direct communication.
